What we collect
Account details: your email address, your name if you give one, a profile photo if you upload one, and which plan you are on.
Your work: the prompts and instructions you write, the documents and reference images you upload, the renders, floorplans and cost estimates you create and save, and the projects you put them in.
Technical basics: a session token that keeps you signed in, and ordinary server records of requests — timestamps and error details — that keep the service running and let us investigate faults.
How we use it
To run the studio for you: produce your renders, keep your history, show your galleries, generate the names, descriptions and cost estimates that go with a render, and enforce the render allowances that keep the service affordable.
To run your subscription: recognise your plan level, apply the right render sizes and engines, and answer billing questions through the payment provider.
That is the whole list. We do not sell or rent your personal information, we do not build advertising profiles, and the studio does not run third-party advertising trackers.
Your uploads and renders
Your renders, floorplans, projects and documents are private to your account. They are never used to train or fine-tune AI models, ours or a third party’s.
They become visible to someone else only when you make that happen: a share link you create (which you can stop sharing at any time), a client presentation you send, or a showcase page you deliberately publish.
Reference images you upload are stored in the studio’s file storage so the render engine can read them. Each is reached through its own unguessable link, none is listed or published anywhere in the app, and they are deleted with the rest of your data when you close your account.
Because renders are synthetic, publishing one may require an AI disclosure or label in your country or region. That duty is yours, and it is set out in the Terms of Service under "Labelling and AI disclosure is your responsibility".
Before you sign up
You can try the studio without an account. In that case nothing identifies you: we keep an anonymous session token and the renders you made, so the studio still works while you are there.
Renders made before signing up are deleted automatically within 24 hours unless you create an account first. If you do sign up from that browser, we claim those renders into your new account so you keep what you made.
Payments and card data
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card number, expiry date and security code go straight to Stripe and never reach the studio — we could not store them if we wanted to.
What we hold is only what is needed to know which plan you are on: your email address, a customer reference at Stripe, your plan and its status.
How long we keep things
Your account and the work saved in it stay until you delete them or ask us to close the account.
Renders made before you sign up are removed within 24 hours. Server records that let us debug faults are kept for a short operational period and then dropped. Payment records are held by Stripe for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices and rights
Inside the studio you can edit or delete renders, floorplans and projects yourself at any time, and deleting them removes them from your account.
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask for corrections, ask us to delete your account and its contents, or object to how something is handled. Write to us through kmg-agency.com and we will answer within the period the law in your country allows.
If you are in the UK, EU or EEA you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Sign-in runs through the platform’s authentication, data is served over encrypted connections, and each member’s records are separated so one account cannot read another’s. No online service can promise perfect security, so keep your own password strong and unique.
If we ever became aware of a breach affecting your data, we would tell affected members and any authority the law requires us to notify.
Children
The studio is a professional tool and is not intended for anyone below the age at which they can enter a contract in their country. We do not knowingly hold personal data from children.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so on this page with a new "last updated" date, and for significant changes by email.
Privacy questions and requests go to us through kmg-agency.com.
