RenderStudio by kmg-agency.com · Last updated 4 October 2026

This is the agreement between you and RenderStudio by kmg-agency.com ("the studio", "we"). It is written in plain English on purpose: read it once and you will know what you are buying, what you own, and what happens if something breaks. Three things are worth reading twice, because they shape everything else below: there is no guarantee of output, renders and cost estimates are not suitable for architectural, engineering or legal use, and labelling AI-generated images where the law requires it is your responsibility, not ours.

What the studio does

RenderStudio turns a written description, a floorplan or an uploaded document into photorealistic architectural images, and gives you the tools around them: floorplan editing, cost estimates, galleries, exports and client presentations.

It is a generative tool. Every render is produced by an AI model and is a visualisation, not a construction document or an engineering drawing. Check anything structural, dimensional or regulatory before it leaves your desk.

Your account

You need an account to save renders and to subscribe. One person per account: keep your sign-in details to yourself, because activity under your account counts as yours.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. If you are using the studio for an employer or a client, you confirm you are allowed to.

What you may not do

Do not use the studio to generate or upload anything unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit; anything that infringes someone else’s rights; or anything designed to deceive — including passing a render off as a photograph of a building that exists.

Do not overload, scrape, resell or work around the studio’s limits, share one subscription between several people, or try to reach another member’s account or renders.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and where the breach is serious we do not have to give notice.

Your uploads and renders are yours

You keep everything you put in and everything you get out. Uploads, prompts, renders and floorplans belong to you, and no plan tier restricts what you may do with them: personal, studio or client work, on Free just as much as on Studio. We claim no ownership and no licence over your renders beyond what we need to run the service for you.

You must have the rights to whatever you upload — a plan you drew, a document a client gave you, a photograph you took or licensed.

We do not use your uploads or your renders to train or fine-tune AI models, ours or anyone else’s.

Your renders are private to your account unless you deliberately share them: a share link you create, or a presentation you send. Nothing is published, listed or shown to another member on its own.

No guarantee of output

Renders are generated, not drawn. The same prompt, the same floorplan and the same settings can produce a different image each time, and no particular result is promised: not a given style, not a given layout, not a given level of detail, not a likeness to your plan or to a reference image, and not a particular number of usable images.

Renders routinely contain artefacts and invented detail: geometry that could not be built, stairs that lead nowhere, windows in the wrong place, unreadable signage, furniture or planting that was never specified. The engines behind the studio also change, and an engine or a feature can be retired.

We do not guarantee that a requested render will be delivered, or that it will match what you had in mind. If you need a specific, verifiable drawing, have a qualified professional produce it.

Cost estimates are illustrative only

Any cost figure the studio shows is an estimate generated from the configuration you entered and the cost factors in the studio. It illustrates relative cost. It is not a quote, a tender, a valuation or a budget, and no accuracy is promised.

Real construction cost depends on things no model can see: contractor and labour rates where you build, material availability and lead times, ground and site conditions, permits, statutory fees, taxes, transport, currency, season and negotiation.

Do not rely on a studio estimate for a budget, a loan application, a financing or investment decision, a contract, a client commitment or a dispute. Confirm every figure with a local contractor or quantity surveyor before it leaves your desk.

Where a render may be used

You may use renders in the marketing and communication work they are made for: your website and portfolio, advertising and social campaigns, brochures, pitch decks and listing material, client presentations, and investment, fundraising or feasibility material.

You may not use a render as an architectural, engineering or legal instrument. A render is not a construction document, a drawing set, a survey, a planning or permit submission, a structural or building-code assessment, a legal description of a property, or evidence of a building that exists. Do not present one as a photograph or record of a built structure, and do not use one where an inaccurate dimension, material or layout could put people, property or money at risk.

Labelling and AI disclosure is your responsibility

The images the studio produces are synthetic. Whether they must be labelled, tagged or disclosed depends on where you are, where your audience is and what you are publishing: AI content labelling and transparency rules, advertising and platform policies, and financial or investment marketing rules can all apply, and some are already in force or phasing in.

Complying with those rules is your responsibility, not ours. We do not add labels, metadata tags, watermarks or disclaimers to your renders, and we make no disclosure on your behalf.

In practice that means disclosing AI generation wherever your country or region requires it — in the caption, the article, the ad, the pitch or the investment document — and keeping whatever record of generation your rules ask for. If you are unsure what applies to you, take local legal advice before you publish.

Render allowances

Each level comes with a monthly allowance of renders, counted on our side. Free: 5 renders/day · 25/month. Pro: 30 renders/month. Studio: 30 renders/month, plus 30 Runway renders a month (720p or 1080p) included at no extra cost, with no Runway account needed.

Allowances reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC), and Free also has its daily cap. These are hard caps: when your allowance is used up the studio stops and asks you to upgrade rather than quietly billing you more. Nothing is charged per render on top of your plan.

A render that fails, or that we never deliver, does not count against your allowance. The count is taken from the renders actually saved to your account, so a failed attempt leaves your month whole.

Plans, billing and cancelling

Pro is $9.99 a month and Studio is $29.97 a month, billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Cancel whenever you like: your plan runs to the end of the month you have already paid for and then stops, and you keep full access until that date. You can also change level — the new level applies from your next billing date, and we never charge a difference retroactively.

Prices and allowances can change. If a change reduces what an active plan gives you, we will tell you before it takes effect and let you cancel first. If a renewal payment fails, access to paid features pauses until it is collected.

Availability

The studio tries hard to stay up, but it is offered as-is and as-available, with no uptime promise. It depends on things outside our control: hosting, the platform it runs on, the AI providers behind the render engines, and the payment provider.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any interruption, slowdown, outage, delay or lost render — including scheduled maintenance, provider failure, or the app being unavailable for any reason. Downtime is not compensated, in money or in renders.

We may change, pause or retire an engine, a feature, an allowance or a price. Where that materially reduces what an active plan delivers, we will tell you in advance.

Warranty and liability

Renders are generative: the same prompt can produce a different image twice, so we cannot warrant that any render is accurate, free of artefacts, or fit for a particular purpose. Check them before they go in front of a client or a buyer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims connected to the studio is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event, and (b) US$100. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities or lost data.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here reduces the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country — where those rights and these terms disagree, your rights win.

If a claim comes from your content

If someone brings a claim because of what you uploaded, generated or did with the studio — an image you had no right to upload, a render used in a way that misleads a buyer — that claim and the reasonable cost of dealing with it are yours, not ours.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the studio changes. Material changes come with notice by email to the address on your account, at least 30 days before they take effect, and the "last updated" date at the top of this page always tells you which version you are reading.

If you keep using the studio after a change takes effect, the new terms apply. If you do not accept them, cancel before they start.

Governing law and notices

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the studio is established — [to confirm: governing law, registered entity and legal notice address, replacing this line].

Legal notices, and day-to-day support questions, should come to us through kmg-agency.com.

Mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence overrides anything in these terms that would take it away.
